H3 Healing is dedicated to bringing stress management and relaxation to individuals through the healing modality of Reiki. 

 

Developed in Japan by Mikao Usui, Reiki is a form of healing touch therapy.  The term Reiki is made up of the Japanese words "Rei" and "Ki" meaning "universal" and "life force energy", respectively.  It works with the body's own natural healing process and is supportive to conventional treatments.

 

Over the decades, Reiki has been used and studied in various settings including healthcare where it has been found to be especially helpful with cancer patients during chemotherapy and with Alzheimer's patients and caregivers.  Anyone getting ready for a procedure or surgery can benefit from the therapy, too.

 

In professional settings, Reiki can be used to help increase productivity and provide an environment of appreciation.
