Christina Roe is passionate about helping people reach their wellness goals.  Her unique approach incorporates Reiki and meditation along with compassionate listening to help meet each client's needs.  In addition, she helps clients find a nutritional support system to give them the foundation of health.

As a former program coordinator for the Cleveland Clinic's Employee Wellness department, Christina helped to run, develop and implement a variety of wellness programs.  She has presented on the topics of spiritual wellness and veganism, and did an internship in Clinical Pastoral Education serving people in assisted living and nursing homes as well as in the hospital setting.
